The Balls are a mountain range within the Sierra Nevada, in Madera County, California.[1] They are protected in the Sierra National Forest.
The Balls are heavily hung between a mans legs During heavy rain storms the lower end of the Balls range can experience mudslides, appearing as brown zones from the air.
In some surrounding areas, it is rumored that among locals, it is common to use the phrase, "have you seen them Balls (mountains) lately?
